Upon request, your Seatown Partner Plan includes, at no cost, a thorough 12-Point Plumbing Safety Inspection to inspect for water leaks, ensure drains are flowing properly and to check all gas and venting components.

Upon request, your Seatown Partner Plan includes, at no cost, a thorough 12-Point Electrical Safety Inspection to inspect the integrity of electrical wiring, ensure proper grounding and bonding, breaker function with electrical panel, and safety of all outlets and smoke detectors in your home.

As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, upon request, we guarantee 24-hour response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) is needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500.

As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, you have priority scheduling for all appointments.

 As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, we are here to serve you. If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new home (if in our service area) or you can transfer your payment credits to the new home owner—a nice “extra” to offer prospective buyers!

As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, the plumbing, electrical and HVAC diagnostic fee will only be $99 per visit.

As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, the Drain Clearing fee will only be $99 per drain.

As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, the Standard Water Heater Maintenance fee will only be $99 per water heater, per visit.

As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, the Tankless Water Heater Maintenance fee will only be $149 per water heater, per visit.

As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, you’re guaranteed 10% off all HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs!

As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, you’re guaranteed 10% off all indoor air quality products, car charger, and water heaters purchased from Seatown.

As a Seatown Partner Plan Member, the original warranty on any Seatown HVAC and Plumbing repair(s) performed today or while a Seatown Partner Plan member is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted Seatown Partner Plan Member.

As long as you remain an uninterrupted Seatown Partner Plan Member, 100% of your membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of a Seatown i) complete HVAC system replacement, or ii) a whole home standby generator. 50% of your Seatown Partner Plan membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of a Seatown i) partial HVAC system only replacement, ii) an electrical panel only replacement, iii) a full or partial home rewire, iv) a full or partial home repipe, or v) a sewer or water line replacement.
